Located on Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia, United Nations Framework Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC) is opened officially at Monday, 3rd December 2007. The biggest environmental conference in the world was opened by President of Conference of Party (COP-12), David Mwiraria from Kenya and Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono as the host country. The ceremony then be continued with election for president of COP-13.

The first issue which will be discussed is about negotiation of reducing emission, not only for the wealth countries but also for developing countries. According to the Kyoto Protocol, in year 2012, Industry countries are targeted to reduce the emission. There are many way for reducing the emission, for example : build forest and reduce green house effect gaze production. It really urgent to limit the emission, because the global climate has been change so much since the several years ago. If all countries in the world don’t discuss about it soon, the problem of emission will give severe damage to the earth itself.

The conference also try to softly push the front and wealth countries especially to reduce their emission. United State of America (USA) is one of the countries which hasn’t signed the Kyoto protocol though USA it the largest emission producer country in the world. At least 24 percent of all emission in the world was coming from USA. It’s so tragic and really really ironic way.

The wealth and front countries can’t always blame the developing countries if they have failed to protect their forest while the wealth and front countries still increasing the emission production coming out from their industries. Let we hope and pray that the Global Climate Change Conference will reach good solution and better result for the better future of earth environment.
